ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to appoint an advocate suggested by the petitioner as Special Public Prosecutor to conduct the case in Special S.C.No.82 of 2018 on the file of the learned Principal District Session Court at Erode by considering the petitioner's representation by the first respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a representation dated 22.11.2018 to the first respondent to appoint an advocate suggested by her as Special Public Prosecutor to conduct the case in Special S.C.No.82 of 2018 on the file of the learned Principal District Session Court at Erode.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.11.2018 and pass orders, without going into the merits of the case, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
