Today this matter is taken up by this Court through Video Conferencing, CISCO Webex Meeting, on account of COVID-19.

2. The learned counsel for both sides submitted that the subject matter in issue in this writ petition, i.e., Advanced Licence Scheme itself had already been closed by the Government and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected MP is closed.
