This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the FIR based on the petitioner's complaint dated 11.04.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor [Pondy] appearing for the respondents.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that this is a case and counter; petition enquiry has been conducted and closed in both the complaints and proceedings under Section 107 IPC have been initiated against the petitioner herein.
