This petition is filed seeking to set aside the order of dismissal for non-prosecution dated 09.07.2019 in W.P.No.38255 of 2005 on the file of this Court and restore the same.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

3.Upon hearing the submissions made by the learned counsel on both sides and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered and W.P.No.38255 of 2005 is restored to file.

4. Post W.P.38255 of 2005 for hearing on 30.03.2020.
