The learned counsel for the petitioner requested for withdrawal of the writ petition, since the impugned order in this writ petition relates to the order of suspension and the writ petitioner is not interested in pursuing the case, this Court is inclined to permit the writ petitioner to withdraw the writ petition.

2. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
