The original petitioner in the writ petition C.Rajendran since expired, his legal heirs has filed this petition to substitute them as petitioners in the main writ petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for both sides. 3.In view of the aforesaid fact, where, the original writ petitioner died, therefore the legal heirs sought to be impleaded by way of substitution, this petition is ordered.

4.The Registry is directed to carryout the amendment. 5.The Registry is also directed to remove the name of Mr.N.R.Anantharamakrishna, who are the erstwhile counsel for the petitioner as the new counsel Mr.M.Velmurugan, Mrs.Girija Velmurugan and Mr.K.S.Elangovan have already come on record on behalf of the petitioners.
