These W.M.P.s have been filed to implead the proposed parties viz., (1) M.Devaraj (2) D.Hariprasad as Respondents 6 and 7 in both the Writ Petitions.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that he has no objection for impleading the proposed parties.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, these petitions are allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title and post the matters on 08.06.2021.
