ORDER

This contempt petition is filed for the noncompliance of the order made in W.P.No.8216 of 2017, dated 06.04.2017

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, M.Elumalai, learned Government Advocate made a

representation stating that the respondent had complied with the order passed in the writ petition.

3. Mr.P.Subba Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also submitted that the respondent had complied with the orders of this court.

4. In view of the representation made by the learned counsel on either side, I do not find any reason to keep the Contempt Petition pending. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed.
