The prayer in the present petition is to direct the first and second respondents to provide police protection to the petitioner pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 28.12.2017

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in connection with the subject property, a suit in O.S.No.153 of 2017 is pending before the District Munsif Court, Sankagiri and in view of the pendency of the suit, the respondent police have closed the complaint of the petitioner dated 18.06.2017.
