ORDER
The writ petitioner challenges e-tender notification dated 01.02.2024, and seeks a direction that the respondents should not proceed with any further tenders pending disposal of W.P.No.34539 of 2023, wherein, blacklisting order dated 12.07.2023 has been challenged.
2. Admittedly, e-tender notification dated 01.02.2024 has been proceeded with and the tender awarded to a third party.
3. Thus, in the considered view of the Court, nothing further survives in this writ petition. Recording the above, the same is closed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions in WMP Nos. 34457 & 34456 of 2023, 11049 & 4725 of 2024 are closed. However, the closure of this writ petition and miscellaneous petitions shall not impact an independent adjudication of Cont P.No.1428 of 2024 alleging contempt of order dated 11.03.2024 passed in the aforesaid miscellaneous petitions.
