This criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in C.C.No.48 of 2013 pending on the file of XI Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge for CBI Cases at Chennai and quash the same.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
