Seeking a direction to the respondents police herein to register a case based on the complaint in C.No.1061/COP/Visitors/2015 dated 04.05.2015 given to the respondents herein and investigate the matter in accordance with law, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents Police.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the respondents police is directed to conduct enquiry https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in C No.1061/COP/Visitors/2015 dated 04.05.2015 and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]..
