O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.12.2016 and pass orders on the same, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

2. Through the said representation, the petitioner sought for reduction of tax as well as to treat the property as single https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

unit. Needless to say, that it is for the second and third respondents to consider such request and pass orders on the same.

3. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the representation made by the petitioner, as it is for the second and third respondents to consider and decide. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the second and third respondents to consider the representation dated 27.12.2016 and pass orders on the same, on its own merits and in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. Such exercise shall be done by the second and third respondents within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till such order is passed, the respondents are directed not to take any coercive steps against the petitioner. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
