O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the 1st and 2nd Respondents to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 09.11.2022 to take action against the Respondent No.3 for the illegal leasing out of Poonamallee Big Mosque wakf property, situated at Baraniputhur Village by the present Poonamallee big mosque managing committee. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of Respondents 1 & 2. 3.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side and taking into consideration the limited prayer sought 2/4
for by the Petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I am inclined to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 09.11.2022 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.In fine, the Writ Petition is allowed to the extent indicated above. No costs.
