(ii) directing the 2nd respondent to render accounts of all collections, transactions, and operations pertaining to Rahmaniya Jumma Masjid or Rahmaniya Masjid Wakf from 22.12.2025 till date of restoration of possession of the Masjid and its properties to its Hereditary Muthavalli and pass such further or other orders.

ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition, with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition with the very same cause of action, since the Gazette copy as well as the resolution copy is now being served on the petitioners.
2.With such liberty as prayed for by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 16-02-2026 Jer
