ORDER

This Criminal Petition has been filed praying to direct the 1st respondent Police herein to direct the 2nd respondent Police to take legal action against the 3rd and 4th respondents herein after register the case in accordance with law on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 17.07.2014 on the file of the 1st respondent Police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first and second respondents.

3. It is represented that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 17.07.2014 by post and no action has been taken. The petitioner is directed to give a fresh complaint in person in writing to the respondent-Police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
