This petition has been filed for a direction, the first respondent herein to Transfer the investigation of C.S.R.No.36 of 2020 dated 20.01.2020 pending on the file of the third respondent to any other competent agency. 2.According to the petitioner, the petitioner lodged complaint and he was issued C.S.R.No.36 of 2020 on 20.01.2020 by the 3rd respondent herein and it was pending for the investigation without registering any FIR. Therefore, at the stage of enquiry, there is no question of transfer or investigation and this question does not arise. Further C.S.R.NO:36 of 2020 enquiry conducted and the same was closed on 20.01.2020, now enquiry is completed on the file of the 3rd respondent.

3.Therefore, this Writ Petition on devoid of merits and the same dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
