This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.11323 of 2020 dated 30.07.2020.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that charge sheet is filed and the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed.
