Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on 12.01.2022 in the bail application in Cr.NO.175 of 2021 that the petitioners / accused should sign before the respondent police station every Tuesday and Saturday morning 10.30 a.m.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.KARTHIKEYAN, Advocate for the Petitioners and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.740 of 2022 dated 12.01.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioners have been complying the condition regularly.
