PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the 2nd respondent herein to produce the body of the detenu T.Vijay, S/o.Thangavel, Hindu, aged 21 years residing at 19, Allivaram,

1. The detenu/Mr.T.Vijay, who is aged about 21 years, has been produced. The petitioner is the mother of the detenu. We are told that the detenu/Mr.T.Vijay is differently abled.

2. In these circumstances, the detenu/Mr.T.Vijay is permitted to accompany the petitioner. No further relief is sought for in the petition. This petition is closed accordingly.
