This petition has been filed to modify the condition as to direct the petitioners to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months which is imposed on Crl.O.P.No.30612 of 2022 dated 14.12.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are working as a cooli as daily wages and they are only the bread winner of their family. In view of condition imposed on them, they could not attend the daily works and they suffered loss of income for absence of their duty and hence, he seeks modification of the above condition. 3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vaniyambadi on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of six weeks and thereafter, report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
