ORDER

This Criminal Petition has been filed praying to direct the 1st respondent to register a case based on the complaint dated 28.04.2015 given by her and investigate the matter in accordance with law and to file a final report under Section 173(3) Cr.P.C.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It appears that the petitioner has given a complaint to the Joint Commissioner, St. Thomas Mount, Chennai. Therefore, this petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to go in person to give a copy of the complaint dated 28.04.2015 to the Inspector of Police of the concerned jurisdiction and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
