Directing the respondents 1 and 2 herein to survey the property comprised in Block 4, SF.NO. 3/7 (Old S.F.No.11/1A9) and S.F.No. 3/6 (Old SF.No. 11/1A10) of Ward D, Alagapuram Village, Salem Taluk and District by considering the application made by the petitioner herein dated 12.01.2026 enable to erect the barbed fence around the said property of the petitioner with the aid of the 3rd respondent.

Mr.D.Ravichander,SGP For R1 & R2 Mr.R.Venkatesa Perumal Govt Advocate(Crl.Side) For R3 Order This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to survey and demarcate the property, which according to the petitioner is owned by him, based on his application dated 12.01.2026, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner had submitted his application on 12.01.2026 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. Mr.Venkatesa Perumal, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) accepts notice on behalf of the third respondent. Since no adverse order is being passed against the respondents 4 to 6, notice to respondents 4 to 6 is dispensed with by this Court. 4.No prejudice will be caused to respondents 1 and 2 if the said authorities are directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections if any from the respondents 4 to 6 as well as any other party whom the respondents 1 and 2 deem it fit.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) Before surveying the lands in question, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to issue notice to the respondents 4 to 6 and also to any other party, whom the respondents 1 and 2 deem it fit to put on notice.

(c) If the need arises for police assistance and on a request made by the respondents 1 and 2, the third respondent shall render police assistance for the effective implementation of this order.
