O R D E R

Seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent police to register the case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 08.05.2015 and to take appropriate action against the said persons, in accordance with law, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It appears that the petitioner has given a complaint to the Inspector of Police. Therefore, this petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to go in person to give a copy of the fresh complaint dated 08.05.2015 to the Inspector of Police of the concerned jurisdiction and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
