..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to disburse the amount of Rs.15,61,417/- (Rupees Fifteen Lakhs Sixty One Thousand Four Hundred and Seventeen Only) in pursuance of the sanction order passed by the 1st respondent in R.C.No.3425/2018/A2 dated 09.11.2020 and Rs.3,04,011/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Four Thousand and Eleven Only) in pursuance of the sanction order passed by the 1st respondent in R.C.No.3425/2018/A2 dated 15.12.2020 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

The present Writ Petition is filed for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to disburse the amount of Rs.15,61,417/- (Rupees Fifteen Lakhs Sixty One Thousand Four Hundred and Seventeen Only) in pursuance of the sanction order https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

passed by the 1st respondent in R.C.No.3425/2018/A2 dated 09.11.2020 and Rs.3,04,011/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Four Thousand and Eleven Only) in pursuance of the sanction order passed by the 1st respondent in R.C.No.3425/2018/A2 dated 15.12.2020 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the 2nd respondent submitted that the amount was disbursed to the petitioner as per the order dated 28.02.2022 passed by the 2nd respondent. In view of the same nothing survives in the Writ Petition and the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

3.Recording the above said submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the 2nd respondent, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
