This criminal revision petition is filed to set aside the judgment in Crl.A.No.64 of 2021 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruppur 1/4

dated 20.01.2022 in confirming the judgment in C.C.No.07 of 2019 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Uthukuli dated 27.08.2021.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner died and death certificate also produced in this regard.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also confirms the same.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor confirming the death of the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed as abated.
