ORDER

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first and second respondent to consider the first petitioner's representation dated 01.11.2017 on merits and transfer the properties. 3.It appears that the petitioner's representation dated 01.11.2017 has been considered. Steps have been taken in C.C.No.214 of 2014 before the Judicial Magistrate - II, Jayankondam and O.S.No.132 of 2021 is said to be pending before the District Munsif Court, Jayankondam. A copy of the communication dated 30.06.2021 bearing reference No.336/E1/2021 issued by the Deputy Director of Registration has been filed and the same stands Page No. 2 of 4

recorded. Thus, the petitioner's representation has received attention. The writ petition has become infructuous. Liberty is given to the petitioners to approach the Courts, in these proceeding in case, the petitioners want to redress their grievances.

4.This writ petition stands closed with the above observations. No costs.
