(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner is arrayed as A1. He apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 307 of I.P.C. in Crime No.1504 of 2020 on the file of respondent police and now, he has filed this petition for anticipatory bail.

2. However, today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.R.Parthiban, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Original Petition.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
