ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus seeking a direction to the 1st - 3rd respondents to consider the representation dated 30.01.2023.

2. The petitioner is residing at Block-5, No.16, Tamil Nadu Urban Habitat Development Board, Ambattur, Athipattu, Chennai 600 058. The petitioner is a licensed Cable TV Operator. She gives cable TV connections to the residents of the said Housing Board complex. The name of her venture is Dhanalakshmi Cable Vision. The petitioner had given a representation to be given permission to give cable connections in the houses in the 3rd phase complex also.

3. It is stated by the respondents that there are some amounts due and payable by the petitioner.

4. Let the petitioner directly approached the 3rd respondent/the Estate Officer, Estate Office No.3, Tamil Nadu Housing and Urban Development Department, T.P.Chatram, Chennai 600 010 on any date between 21.02.2023 and 23.02.2023. The respondent may consider the representation of the petitioner and if any dues are payable, the petitioner must pay the dues and necessary charges. If the petitioner is otherwise qualified, the 3rd respondent may grant necessary permission to the petitioner herein.

5. An order by the 3rd respondent should be passed on or before 03.03.2023.
