ORDER

This Criminal Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondents to register a case based on his complaint dated 04.05.2015 and to take appropriate action against the said persons, in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is represented that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 04.05.2015 by post and no action has been taken. The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a fresh complaint in writing to the respondent-Police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
