This petition has been filed to modify the order in WA No.1889 of 2019 dated 12.09.2022.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.K.S.Viswanathan, learned Senior Counsel and Mr.S.Silambannan, learned Additional Advocate-General, jointly submitted that the issue has been sorted out and proceedings dated 20.04.2023 has been issued, and therefore, no further order is necessary.

3. In view of the same, the petition is closed.
