This case is taken up through video conferencing. 2.

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents herein to stop interfering in the civil nature matter and to provide police protection to the petitioner.

It is seen that in the year 2018, a complaint was lodged against the petitioner, for which, the police had called him for enquiry. Fearing that the police may harass him, he filed the present criminal original petition with the above prayer.
