Now, the petitioners have been granted fresh temporary permit, dated 24.05.2016, by the Additional Commissioner for Transport and Secretary, Karnataka State Transport Authority, Bangalore, and the same is valid till 30.09.2016.

In the light of the subsequent developments taken place, the Writ Petitions are closed, recording the same. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
