ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the complaint dated 26.10.2015 made by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that earlier, on the complaint dated 02.10.2014 given by one Anandakumar against Gnanasekaran/the husband of the petitioner, FIR has been registered in Cr.No.1235/2014 for offences u/s 147, 294(b), 323, 447, 506(ii) IPC. Further, on the complaint dated 23.01.2015 given by the petitioner's husband Gnansekaran against the said Anandakumar, FIR has been registered in Cr.No.182/2015 for an offence u/s 379 and the investigation is pending. He further submitted that on the complaint dated 26.10.2015 lodged by this petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.709/2015 and the same was closed. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar.
