This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to call for the records and quash the 138 Negotiable Instruments Act case in STC.No.673 of 2014 pending before the Honourable Fast Track Judge [Judicial Magistrate Level], Ambattur, Chennai-53.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.

3. In view of the above endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to raise all the contentions before the Trial Court. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed. No costs.
