The affidavit of service enclosing the tracking consignment indicates that the private notice has been served on all the respondents on 01.03.2024. However, none have entered appearance either in person or through counsel.

2. The application has been filed for condoning the delay of 107 days in filing the Second Appeal. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the condone delay petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if otherwise in order.
