ORDER
This Contempt Petition was filed on the ground that the direction issued by this Court in Crl.OP.No.18516 of 2023, dated 16.8.2023. was not complied with. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that referred charge sheet was filed before the Chief
Judicial Magistrate Court, Vellore on 5.4.2024 in e-filing no LTN20230001131C202400198. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) further submitted that the RCS notice was sent to the petitioner by registered post on yesterday. The said submission made based on the instructions received from Mr.R.Srinivasan, Inspector of Police, Vellore, who was present at the time of hearing.
3.In the light of the above development, the petitioner on receipt of the RCS notice will be permitted to workout his remedy in accordance with law. 4.This contempt petition is disposed of in the above terms. 05.04.2024 Index: Yes/No Speaking Order/Non-Speaking Order KP
