O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned I Additional District Munsif, Chengalpattu to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.27 of 2015 within a stipulated time.

2. The petitioners are the plaintiffs and the respondent is the defendant in O.S.No.27 of 2015. The petitioners filed suit for mandatory injunction against the respondent herein. In the said suit, the respondent did not file any written statement. The respondent filed I.A.No.1108 of 2015 under order VII Rule 11(a) to reject the plaint. The petitioners filed counter affidavit in the said application on 15.04.2015. The said application is posted for enquiry, from that date, the suit is pending.

3. In the said circumstances, the petitioner filed this civil Revision Petition for speedy disposal of the suit.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

5. Considering the limited prayer sought for in the civil revision petition and since the suit is pending from 2015, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the matter, I direct the learned I Additional District Munsif, Chengalpattu to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.27 of 2015 on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not

later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
