ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the petitioner's complaint dated 14.04.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. From a perusal of the materials available on record, it is seen that the petitioner has sent wound certificate for injuries suffered by him, for that a complaint has been sent by post. 4.The petitioner is directed to lodge a complaint in person alongwith wound certificate. Therefore, this petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to go in person to give copy of the complaint dated 14.04.2015 to the Inspector of Police of the concerned jurisdiction and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. 4.With the above observation, this petition is closed.
