When the matter is called today, it is represented by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that Rs.20,00,000/- has already been paid out of Rs.41,48,920/- as per the order passed by this Court in W.A.Nos.2369 to 2375/2022 dated 02.12.2022 and for paying the remaining amount of Rs.21,48,920/-, the petitioner sought for extension of eight more weeks' time.

2. Mr.M.Venkateswaran, learned Special Government Pleader (Tax) appearing for the respondents have no objection in extending further eight more weeks' time to pay the remaining amount.

3. In view of the above, eight more weeks' time from today is extended to the petitioner to pay the remaining amount of Rs.21,48,920/- as per the order passed by this Court in W.A.Nos.2369 to 2375/2022 dated 02.12.2022.
