ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider and pass order on the petitioner representation dated 12.10.2023 for regularize the service of the petitioner with effect from date of appointment with all consequential service and monetary benefits.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner was appointed as a Temporary Mazdoor on daily wage basis with effect from April 2005 in Guindy Children Park, Guindy National Park Range, Chennai and without any break, the petitioner is working till date. Therefore, for regularization, the petitioner made a representation on 12.10.2023 and the same is not considered. Hence, the present writ petition.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation will be considered and orders will be passed within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
5. Heard the learned counsel for both side and perused the materials available on record.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this court directs the second respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated
12.10.2023 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
