This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 20.04.2015 vide 85/AC/ALGSC/2015 pending on the file of the respondent.

2. No representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint dated 20.04.2015 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 23.05.2015.

4. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. The respondent police is directed to serve a copy of the Closure Report on the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
