This application is filed seeking extension of time to the petitioner to surrender before the Learned District Special Judge for SC/ST(POA) Act, Court, Namakkal as ordered by this Court in the above Crl.O.P.No.20087 of 2021, dated 29.10.2021.

2.Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to the COVID - 19 Pandemic situation, the petitioner was unable to surrender before the court concerned.

3.Considering the circumstances, the time granted to the petitioner to surrender before the Learned District Special Judge for SC/ST(POA) Act, Court, Namakkal as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.20087 of 2021, dated 29.10.2021, is extended by a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
