ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondents to register the case on petitioner's complaint dated 21.03.2015 in accordance with law, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police.
3. It appears that the petitioner has given a complaint to the respondents Police. Therefore, this petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to go in person to give a copy of the fresh complaint dated 21.03.2015 to the Inspector of Police of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
concerned jurisdiction and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. 4.With the above observation, this petition is closed.
