This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court, by an order dated 07.02.2025, has granted bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3168 of 2025. However in the order copy, the Satisfaction Court has been wrongly mentioned as District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate -II Madhavaram instead of District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Madhavaram. Hence, he prayed for suitable directions.

Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction and issue order copy afresh. Time is extended for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order to execute the sureties and to comply with the other conditions.
