Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 3rd respondent dated 05.01.2015 vide Na.Ka.No.B2/2109/2014 as ratified by the order of the 2nd respondent dated 27.06.2015 in Na.Ka.No.2280/2014 and quash the same and further direct the 2nd respondent to permit the petitioner along with one other elected member to operate the bank account bearing No.2135385970 in Central Bank of India, Marakkanam Branch.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.

2. In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to seek any other claim from the respondents. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
