This matter is listed today under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioners. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submit that this Court, by an order dated 26.04.2021, allowed the petition seeking to revise and set aside the docket order dated 04.01.2021 passed in I.A.No.... of 2020, in O.S.S.R.No.10993 of 2020 by the learned VIII Assistant Judge, Full Additional Charge I Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai. However, in the order copy, it has been wrongly stated in Paragraph No.5 as follows:

5.In the result, the present civil revision petition stand allowed. No costs. The Court below is directed to entertain the interlocutory application under Order II Rule 2 of CPC., in the suit S.R.No.10993 of 2020 filed by the petitioners/plaintiffs and proceed further with the same in accordance with law. Consequently, connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed.

Hence, he prayed for suitable directions.

pam 3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court is inclined to correct the error made in Paragraph No.5 of the order dated 26.04.2021. Accordingly, the said portion of the Paragraph No.5 is substituted as follows :

5.In the result, the present civil revision petition stand allowed. No costs. The Court below is directed to entertain the interlocutory application under Order II Rule 2 of CPC., in the suit S.R.No.10993 of 2020 and the Registry is directed to return the original interlocutory application filed by the petitioners/plaintiffs to proceed further with the same in accordance with law. Consequently, connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed. 4.The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and issue order copy a fresh.
