ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the case on the basis of the complaint dated 05.03.2021 given by the petitioner and investigate the same in accordance with law.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the FIR has been registered in Crime No.100 of 2022 for the offences under Section 420 of IPC.
3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
