Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Declaration to declare the entire selection process followed by the first respondent for selection of candidates for Group-II posts, both interview posts and noninterview posts, by conducting CSSE-I examinations for the year 2009-2011 by the first respondent pursuant to the Advertisement nos.258 dated 30.12.2010, 265 dated 08.02.2011 and 280 dated 11.06.2011 as illegal, void and unconstitutional and consequently direct the first respondent to start the selection process afresh following the relevant rules scrupulously in a transparent manner.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to declare the entire selection process followed by the first respondent for Group-II posts both interview and non-interview posts, for the year 20092011 as illegal, void and unconstitutional and consequently direct the first respondent to start the selection process afresh, following the relevant rules.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the selection process was over and hence, nothing survives for adjudication. 3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
