These petitions have been filed to set aside the order dated 07.11.2019 passed in the above writ petitions wherein the writ petitions were dismissed for nonprosecution.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above petitions, these petitions are allowed. The order dated 07.11.2019 is set aside.

Both the writ petitions are restored to file.
